SiteReady Terms of Sale

Effective date: July 28, 2026

Seller: cieuly
Contact: [email protected]
Website: https://www.easytool.me/

These terms apply to SiteReady Pro licenses sold directly by the seller. Google operates the Chrome Web Store distribution platform but does not sell, process, support, or refund SiteReady Pro licenses.

1. License

A purchase grants the customer a personal or organizational right, as stated on the invoice or checkout page, to activate SiteReady Pro for the purchased term. The license is non-transferable unless the seller agrees otherwise. The customer may not resell, forge, publish, share, or reverse engineer a license for the purpose of bypassing activation.

2. Delivery and activation

The seller delivers a digitally signed license key using the contact information supplied at purchase. Activation and verification occur locally in the extension. The customer is responsible for using a supported Chrome version and keeping the key secure.

3. Product scope

Pro unlocks the features described in the store listing for the purchased version and term. Automated findings are advisory and do not guarantee legal compliance, accessibility conformance, search ranking, security, performance, commercial success, or a defect-free release. Customers remain responsible for human review and launch decisions.

4. Updates and availability

The seller may improve, repair, replace, or retire features while preserving the product's stated single purpose. Chrome platform or policy changes may require updates or temporarily affect availability. The seller will use reasonable efforts to maintain supported features but does not promise uninterrupted operation.

5. Acceptable use

You may use SiteReady only on pages you are authorized to inspect. You must not use it to obtain, expose, or distribute confidential information, bypass security controls, infringe another person's rights, or violate applicable law.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility follows the SiteReady Refund Policy and all non-waivable consumer rights. Contact [email protected] with the order reference and license ID.

7. Liability and applicable law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteReady is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from reliance on an automated finding or score. Where liability cannot be excluded, the seller's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected license. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived in the customer's location.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that already accrued. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
